Detroit Metro home sales were a mixed bag in March 2024. Average prices were up 7% both month over month and year over year to $301,584.00.
Sales were down15% to 3,221 units. If you have read my blog you realize this number is not representative of the market conditions as it is more an indication agents forgot the last day of the month was Good Friday and no closings would happen, but time will tell.
